The plate is designed to allow optimal subchondral positioning of all distal screws. This includes the possibility to position screws from the second row subchondrally and thus reliably place 5 screws (narrow plate) or 6 screws (wide plate) optimally.

  • Variable Angle Locking Screws

    Thanks to the TIC™-technology our 2.5mm Variable Angle Locking Screws can be locked with an audible click to the TIC™-Screw holes. Using the same diameter as the Cortical Screws only one screw driver is necessary in the OR. For the SALGINA plates, the VA Locking Screws are available in lengths from 10-30mm with an increment of 2mm.
