The nominal screw trajectories proximally on the POYA-L Plate provide for a fan-shaped positioning of the screws into the tibial plateau. Additionally, the TIC screw holes enable maximum flexibility for screw placement using variable angle locking technology.
POYA-L and POYA-P are available in one plate shape to respect the principle of reducing complexity. The shape is designed to fit a broad range of individual anatomical properties and to cover a large variety of possible fracture patterns.
The contoured design of the POYA-P plate head allows for effective adaptation to the posteromedial aspect of the proximal tibia, in order to buttress fragments at a safe distance from the joint line.
