The anatomy of the clavicle is highly variable. The shape of the CASCELLA plates was designed based on an extensive 3D database to account for the challenging geometry of the clavicle.

To reduce complexity and keep the product as simple as possible, only two sizes exist for both - the clavicle shaft as well as the lateral clavicle - while still covering a large range of clavicle fractures.

  • Variable Angle Locking Screws

    Thanks to the TIC™-technology our 3.5mm Variable Angle Locking Screws can be locked with an audible click to the TIC™-Screw holes. Using the same diameter as the Cortical Screws only one screw driver is necessary in the OR. For the CASCELLA plates, the VA Locking Screws are available in sizes from 10-30mm with an increment of 2mm.
