ADAPT WITH EASE

The implant provides a low profile design with a carefully considered curvature, allowing for the adaptation to the proximal aspect of the ulna and the shaft. The most proximal hole is easily bendable should further contouring be required.

BIPLANAR FIXATION

The proximal screw holes allow the placement of a maximum of three screws adjacent to the joint line. Two of these screws may be placed divergently. One or more shaft screws may then be placed rectangularly between them to allow for a true bi-planar fixation.

REDUCE AND COMPRESS

Suture holes are positioned on the plate to enable application of the tension band technique to the olecranon. Additionally, the most proximal K-wire hole may be used in combination with a cortical screw in the oblong hole, in order to apply inter-fragmentary compression.

  • Variable Angle Locking Screws

    Thanks to the TIC™-technology our 3.5mm Variable Angle Locking Screws can be locked with an audible click to the TIC™-Screw holes. Using the same diameter as the Cortex Screws only one screw driver is necessary in the OR. For the LEPORELLO plates, the VA Locking Screws are available in lengths from 10-60mm with an increment of 2mm.

    Thanks to a consistent diameter throughout the system, our 3.5mm Cortex Screws can be placed in all TIC™-Screw holes. For the LEPORELLO plates, the Cortex Screws are available in lengths from 10-60mm with an increment of 2mm for screw lengths up to 50mm and an icrement of 5mm until 60mm.
