Salome joined us after working as a clinical development intern in the pharmaceutical industry, and she is excited to explore another field in the healthcare industry. “I came to Bonebridge knowing that it would enable me to expand my professional expertise,” she says. “Being part of a dynamic, young team in a start-up environment is definitely an opportunity for me to further learn and grow.”
Salome came to Bonebridge with an impressive academic track record, which includes a Master’s degree in biology from the University of Zurich (UZH) as well as a PhD from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH). She also worked as a post-doctoral fellow at Linköping University in Sweden – a dream come true for Salome, who has always been fascinated by Swedish culture.
As an avid sports enthusiast, Salome is a perfect fit for our active Swiss team: She loves swimming, going to the gym or attending group fitness classes, but has also tried her hands at CrossFit and aerial yoga. To relax, she likes to read sci-fi and crime novels or self-help books, listen to podcasts, and do makramé. She also dedicates her time to volunteer work: She’s currently a mentor at SEET, an organization that offers a study and work support program for refugees.
