Lea originally started working for us in 2023 while pursuing her Master of Science in biomedical engineering at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH). Her internship provided insight into various business areas:
"I got a really good idea of how the company works and how we collaborate across departments, which now helps me recognize where processes can be optimized."
On returning full-time, she says:
“It’s an environment where I’m challenged and empowered to grow.”
Lea grew up in central Switzerland and now lives in Zurich. She recharges in the mountains and enjoys activities from rock climbing to singing in a choir. She also tends to a growing "indoor jungle" of plants at home.
